Self Saucing Chocolate Pudding recipe. Easy old fashioned classic oven baked dessert with healthy dark cocoa mixed in same dish then baked.

Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 cup of flour (use Gluten free flour to make this recipe as well.)
  2. 3/4 cup of sugar (or coconut sugar)
  3. 3 tbsp of cocoa
  4. 2 tsp of baking powder
  5. 1/4 tsp of salt
  6. 1/2 cup of milk (substitute with almond or coconut milk)
  7. 2 tbsp of olive oil
  8. 1 tsp of van ess.
  9. 9. Mix these ingredients. all in one dish together.
  10. then add these below on top of the mixture and add water
  11. 3/4 cup of brown sugar
  12. 1/4 cup of cocoa
  13. 1/1/4 boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to  180 deg. C
  2. Bake the dessert that is all mixed together in a glass pyrex bowl as per instructions above.
  3. Bake for 40 min.
  4. Serve in a dessert bowl and spoon some sauce over the serving. Add a dollop of ice cream or cream.

Notes

Dark chocolate and cocoa are also one of the foods that help your body fight inflammation. A small portion of dark chocolate that has a percentage of 70 % or more is good for you daily. (Using a good choice of flour such as coconut flour or almond flour or Bobs Red Mill four for a gluten free recipe)
