- Fish (sea bass) 2
- Parsley or dill 14 cup
- Rosemary 14 cup
- Salt 13 tsp.
- Black ground pepper 13 tsp.
- Oregano 12 tsp.
- Lemon 2
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp.
Instructions
- Place the whole clean (cut open) Sea Bass in a greased casserole dish. (the fish should have been de scaled and guts cleaned out)
- Mix the herbs, and slice the lemons. Stuff the fish inside with the herbs and lemon slices, all along the cut.
- Baste the fish with olive oil, then sprinkle the salt and pepper on top. Ready for baking in the oven.
- Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with side dish or salads of choice.
