Ingredients

Scale
  1. 10 oz (280g)of fresh or thawed frozen Strawberries
  2. 1 cup of almond milk (or soy, but stats don’t recommend soy for kids with anemia)
  3. 1 small ripe banana peeled and sliced
  4. 1/4 cup of organic honey.
  5. 12 oz of soft tofu drained.
  6. 2 Tablespoons of fresh lemon juice.
  7. pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender add the cleaned fruits and other ingredients and blend all together until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and enjoy for a breakfast or snack or drink.
  3. The smoothie mixture can be stored in a fridge and stirred up before serving.
