- package Crescent Sheet (or homemade dough)
- large ripe banana
- slightly melted salted butter
- brown sugar
- granola (your choice)
- cinnamon
- allspice
- powdered sugar
- milk
How To
While the oven is preheating, lay out crescent sheet and flatten around edges.
Prepare filling by creaming butter, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon and allspice.
Spread filling on crescent sheet careful not to tear dough. Mash banana and spread on top of cinnamon sugar filling, and sprinkle with chopped granola.
Starting on long side of crescent, roll up dough and cut off edges.
Cut into 8 pieces and place in muffin tin. These could also be placed in a casserole dish together and baked that way.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, ensuring edges turn a golden brown. Take out to slightly cool before adding the icing on top.
While baking, mix the powdered sugar and milk and let sit.
Once cooled off, drizzle with icing and enjoy!
