Ingredients

  1. 1 package Crescent Sheet  (or get the cinnamon dough recipe –>  Easy homemade cinnamon rolls)
  2. 1 large ripe banana
  3. 5 Tablespoons slightly melted salted butter
  4. ½ cup brown sugar
  5. ½ cup granola (your choice) also optional
  6. ¼ sugar
  7. 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
  8. 1 teaspoon allspice
  9. ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  10. 1 Tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray a cupcake tin with non-stick cooking spray or use muffin liners
  3. While the oven is preheating, lay out crescent sheet and flatten around edges.( or make the dough from scratch –> Easy homemade cinnamon rolls)
  4. Prepare filling by creaming butter, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon and allspice
  5. Spread filling on crescent sheet careful not to tear dough
    Mash banana and spread on top of cinnamon sugar filling
  6. Sprinkle with chopped granola
  7. Starting on long side of crescent, roll up dough and cut off edges
  8. Cut into 8 pieces and place in muffin tin
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, ensuring edges turn a golden brown
  10. While baking, mix the powdered sugar and milk and let sit
  11. Once cooled off, drizzle with icing and enjoy!
