Ingredients

  1. 1 pineapple
  2. 1 banana
  3. 2 kiwis
  4. 2 tbsp. raspberries (frozen)
  5. 1 apple
  6. 1 tangerine
  7. 4 tsp. honey
  8. 1/2 lemon
  9. a little mint
  10. 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Instructions

1. Cut off the leaves from the pineapple. Cut the fruit in half. Using an ice cream scoop, form balls from the edible part of the pineapple.

2. Peel the apples from the peel and seeds. Slice the apples with a shaped knife. Drizzle with lemon juice. Peel the tangerines and kiwi. Slice the kiwi into half circles. Cut the tangerine in half, divide the tangerine halves into slices.

3. Place the fruit in a bowl, add the raspberries.

4. Squeeze the juice of the lemon (1 tbsp). Combine the honey and lemon juice. Dress the salad. Place the salad in the pineapple halves, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and garnish with mint.

Serve the salad immediately to the table.
