Ingredients
Salads, tomato and avocado onion, parsley or coriander. (for a separate salad)
Pasta of your choice.
Beef mince meat or chopped up meat available (or chicken) Adding onion and bell peppers.
olive oil for sauté, meats.
Vegetables family love, cook with,
vegetable stock or broth
spices needed salt and pepper
Red bell peppers
parmesan cheese grated to sprinkle on top
Instructions
Chop or slice vegetables to sauté. As well as the salads for a separate dish.
Cook Meat and Vegetable Ingredients Separately.
Boil Pasta
Sauté vegetables with onion and spices.
Add the vegetable stock or broth to vegetables to cook for 10 min.
Separately, while the vegetables are simmering, grill the chicken or shrimp or even beef mince meat for those who must have meat with their meal.
Once all is cooked dish up in separate bowls and serve for the family to choose their own meal.

Vegetarian Alternatives to Meat or protein such as tofu, chickpeas, and many other legumes are alternatives for vegetarians.
Tomatoes and avocado’s and olive oil are one of the foods on the list of inflammation fighting foods. (Choose whole wheat pasta, bean or lentil pasta, rice noodles, bean thread noodles)
