How to Cook the boerewors or sausages.

Sometimes the sausage or boerewors leaks some of the meat fat. Cook until nice and brown. The water would have evaporated.

Notes

  1. Change the consistency of this sauce by adding a little more stock or water.
  2. Using a tin of tomato onion mix is also possible, instead of making this recipe. but rather use fresh tomatoes for this recipe than any tinned ones.
  3. This may be kept in the fridge for up to four days covered.
