Ingredients

Make your Vetkoek ( homemade vetkoek Recipe )

  1. Slice some cheddar cheese or grate if preferred.
  2. Apricot jam 
  3. Butter (to spread on vetkoek)

Instructions

  1. When you have finished cooking your vetkoek leave aside.
  2. Cut the vetkoeks in half.
  3. Slice or grate the cheese you want to use on the cut in half vetkoeks. 
  4. Firstly spread some butter on the warm vetkoek and then add the sliced cheese.
  5. Spread some apricot jam on the cheese or add a nice blob.
  6. Eaten nice and warm is just an amazing experience. 

A very tasty breakfast or light meal.
