- 2 cups of watermelon cubed and pips or seeds removed
- 1 cup of feta cheese cubed. (herbed infused cheese optional)
- some mint leaves
Instructions
- Obtain your skewers or toothpicks, depending on how long you would like to make these watermelon and feta cheese cold snacks.
- The watermelon should have been cubed as well as the feta cheeses. To bite size pieces. I would say about an inch in size.
- First add your watermelon cube then your feta cube and again the watermelon cube, continue according to the size or length of the skewers you would like to serve.
